PHNOM PENH, February 25, 2026 鈥� Following an insightful visit by Dr. Virak Prum, Chairman of CamEd Business School, the institution has stepped forward to support the educational mission of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) Legacy Facility.

Accompanied by a former UN judge of the ECCC, Dr. Virak Prum explored the facility, which serves as the permanent home for the archives and official records of the Khmer Rouge Tribunal.

A Commitment to Capacity Building

Recognizing the importance of the facility as a research hub for young Cambodians, CamEd has donated a collection of Law and Finance textbooks to the facility’s library. This contribution aims to:

• Enhance Research: Providing students and researchers with academic perspectives on international legal and financial standards.
• Support Transitional Justice: Helping young scholars understand how legal frameworks can be used to serve justice and maintain national records.
